4 days 3 nights stay for two

We absolutely loved the staff, they are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and many options to choose from. Location of tge hotel is very good, quiet and clean street, every form of transport is easy to reach.

Rooms overall were clean, but really tiny for two person. I do not like the carpets as they are very unhygienic, also the curtains could use a wash.

Although we had stayed twice in park grand . 2nd time, when we returned from Scotland at 8.30 pm...our room was not alloted. We had booked and paid through booking.com. After an hour staff has alloted 2 different room in two different buildings. Next day they had shifted and upgraded us. As per vijay the front office executive, room will be alloted as first come first serve basis....which is not acceptable at all. We had paid in advance . Hence room should be alloted and booked to the advance payer. Thanks to concierge manager , house keeping staff ....they helped us a lot ...

Not worth the price for such a small room that isn’t as clean but location / staff were nice

Bed was comfy and large due to it being two single beds pushed together though… they have buttons which you can show if u don’t want to be disturbed or want house cleaning in which was really cool however, we didn’t have our housekeeping light lit and they came in anyways… staff seemed friendly… good location to get around from the train station/tube and good iron in room

The room cleanliness was not to a high standard, did for two nights stay but could’ve been improved.. side table under glass was dirty with crumbs exc, it could be lifted to clean. There were bobbins from last guests on floor.. dust and the power plug on one side of bed didn’t work or two ceiling lights didn’t work.. but we made do since there was other lights in room. Room is extremely small for the price… (Delux Room) window in room was also very dirty.. could hear people across hall if they moved in the room and same from above.

Nice and central, clean but cosy club twin room

Location was great , comfy bed, nice pillows

No bath or bathrobes as booked, asked for robes.. they didn't arrive. Drip outside the window kept us awake. Toilet/shower room very small, but clean

Close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Staff excellent, incredibly helpful.

Room bit smaller than I thought it would be and unable to hang up longer items in wardrobe due to placement of safe.

The hotel is well located near Paddington Statiin which is good for heading to Heathrow.

The room was tiny tiny. Just enough space to walk around the bed. Air conditioning mg didn’t work, although luckily I could open a window for air or I would have struggled to sleep. I certainly wouldn’t come here as a couple because the only way you could move around would be across the bed.

Location is very convenient to Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations

We had a double and a twin room. The latter was very small and though located on the same floor we had to go down to ground floor, pass the foyer to get to it.

The club rooms were refurbished to a high standard.

We booked a blub room which is meant to be of the highest standard, yet we were initially placed in a room which was situated right as you walk in the building, the entrance of which was opposite a reception where you continually hear all of the guests entering/leaving, the door slamming and then either the receptionist talking or a repetitive dialling tone. Poor position for what is meant to be the ‘premium’ form of room. We were however moved on our second day after complaining, to a club room which was better situated. Slight attention to detail was missing though, including cleaning of the glasses provided in the room and also a hairdryer missing a nozzle (which we asked for several times, but never received).

Very polite staff, helping with a lot of attention and care. Location is just perfect! Afternoon tea was served kindly and i had beautiful time. Thank you very much.

The breakfast though is below 4 star rating, contains poor offer of meal, requires review. Some 3 star hotels in western Europe have even better one.

The staff were extremely helpful.I got checked in a couple of hours early as I was going to concert in Hyde Park. Hotel was very clean and the air conditioning was superb as the weather was very hot.

The place was clean and in a great neighborhood. I was able to get to all my meetings easily, but them come back to a more relaxing and less hectic area of London.

Amazing shower, comfortable bed and good location

The room was great apart from the Air conditioning that didn't go lower than 19 degrees which is what I was told by a member of staff when I complained about it, even at 19 degrees it kept switching off and felt like a sauna in the room, very comfy bed but due to the horrible Ac during this heat wave in London really wouldn't recommend, couldn't sleep woke up late and had to request an hour later to check out left feeling rough, for 90 a night you'd expect a full functional ac

The staff at all levels were delightful and very helpful. Very efficient aircon was a blessing in the current weather. The proximity to Paddington main line station, and other tube stations made it very easy to get to the places we needed.

Our room was rather noisy - but acceptable. Especially as we booked at very short notice and they were very full.

Rooms were clean

Staff were rude and there clearly wasn’t enough of them. Breakfast was a shambles, wasn’t enough tables for all the guests, waited over 10 minutes for the eggs to be replenished (with powdered, rather than fresh scrambled eggs) We had a compact room and the double bed was tiny! They could have done away with the desk and chairs and had a decent sized one in. Regardless of the time of day, cleaners were apparent everywhere as bags of laundry were dumped in corridors, blocking stairs and making it difficult to exit.
